RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you've received your order and your item is damaged,  you're missing an item or received an incorrect item please EMAIL info@hautexcloset.com within the 24hrs from when your order was delivered. We will not accept if 2 days has passed from date. We'll do our best to work with you in resolving the situation. We do not accept returns for refunds. Returns are only accepted if we've made a mistake in your order that needs to be corrected. Along with exchanges, we only accept if we sent an incorrect item, size or damaged item. 

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Haute Closet does not provide return shipping labels for free. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

SHIPPING/LOST PACKAGE/ADDRESS 

Please allow 1-2 days for handling. Shipping takes 2-4 days from the day you receive your tracking number. If your tracking number isn't updating its most likely because it hasn't been scanned, allow 24 hours for it to update. We ship through USPS. Please make sure to insert a correct shipping address. If we have issues verifying your address, we will contact you and your order will be shipped once its been confirmed. We are not responsible if we happen to ship to an incorrect address that was entered while placing your order. Once its out of our hands it becomes in USPS hands. You can contact us and we'll do our best to track your package, if we aren't willing to do so we suggest to visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim for LOST/DAMAGED packages.
